Enrollment for classes is through FIT4MOM. To register, please CLICK HERE

FIT4MOM is the nation’s premier provider of pre and post-natal fitness programs and we are excited to be bringing these classes to the Town of Trumbull. Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre are stroller-based fitness programs designed for moms to do with their little ones.

During this 60 minute class, mom achieves a total body workout using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller, while baby has fun! We will incorporate power walking/jogging, strength, toning, songs and activities into each workout.

Our classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are a great way to get back into shape, have fun with your baby, and meet other moms. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least six weeks of age to begin class and you can take classes up to any age, so long as your little one still enjoys a ride in the stroller.

    320110 - Track Friday

Join H4Fitness & Trumbull Parks & Recreation for TRACK FRIDAY!

TRACK FRIDAY is a national movement on the day after Thanksgiving to turn Black Friday into a day focused on CHARITY, COMMUNITY, and HEALTH.

Every year, a flagship "Track Meet-up" takes place in Middletown, New Jersey, coordinated by the founders of the original Track Friday in 2012. But Track Friday has become a national movement, with events forming in towns across the country and even more runners participating virtually.

Trumbull is proud to be the first and only Meet-Up in Connecticut since 2015. H4Fitness and The Town of Trumbull Parks & Recreation department host the event at the Trumbull High School Track. This year will be November 24th from 9am to 12pm.

    How It Works:
On Track Friday, participants everywhere become personal advocates for causes they care about by heading out for a run or walk at a local track, park or running path, and making a donation of any amount to any charity.

Participants can create their own fundraising campaign to bring awareness to their favorite cause, or support one that already exists. Fundraisers share their campaigns within their social networks, friends and family to raise money and spread awareness. Since 2012, over 100 charities have benefited from the efforts of Track Friday participants.

    It's Easy to Participate!
Track Friday is designed to eliminate many of the typical pressures of charity race events. There are no intimidating distances, no fundraising targets, and no minimum donations.

There is no sign-up or registration fee to be a part of Track Friday. We think that money is put to better use by making a donation a charity. Getting involved is as easy as waking up and going for a run or walk!
