    148100 - Fitness-Boot Camp

    Take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging outdoor exercise program that is appropriate for all ability levels. This class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength training, agility, balance and coordination to create a complete and unique workout. If you enjoy fun, friendly competition and teamwork, this is the class for you and your friends! Participants are asked to bring a towel, exercise ball and a full bottle of water. During the Winter months, the group moves inside.

    Participants may take the 6 classes at any time and do not have to attend 6 times in a row.

    Upon registration, participants will complete a health history form and exercise waiver. A doctors note may be required if certain medical conditions exist.

    148101 - Adult Yoga

    Gentle Flow Yoga is a twelve week series open to all ages 14 and up. The class is open to all levels of experience, age, and ability appropriate for beginners, injured and older individuals. The class will take place once a week for 1 hour and include centering, stretches, postures, breathing, and meditation. Participants will be invited to move at the pace that is most suitable and appropriate for them.
    Drop in for $8/class or purchase 4 classes for $25!

    FIT4MOM is the nation’s premier provider of pre and post-natal fitness programs and we are excited to be bringing these classes to the Town of Trumbull. Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre are stroller-based fitness programs designed for moms to do with their little ones.

    During this 60 minute class, mom achieves a total body workout using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller, while baby has fun! We will incorporate power walking/jogging, strength, toning, songs and activities into each workout.

    Our classes are taught by certified fitness instructors and are a great way to get back into shape, have fun with your baby, and meet other moms. We recommend waiting until your baby is at least six weeks of age to begin class and you can take classes up to any age, so long as your little one still enjoys a ride in the stroller.

    148103 - Golf Fitness Class

    Chris Terenzio, a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor will lead this class designed specifically for golfers of all ages and ability levels. Participants will enhance core stability, improve balance, increase range of motion and functional flexibility and develop power. The result is greater distance off the tee, increased swing consistency, and greater overall endurance for a round of golf.
    Teens 12-17 may participate with an adult. All equipment supplied.
