    147110 - Tennis Adult Lessons

    Fairfield County Tennis returns to offer tennis lessons again in Trumbull! Dave Kardas USPTR and Greg Sansonetti USPTR co-director’s of Fairfield County Tennis will be running programs with the experienced staff of FCT. Dave and Greg have been teaching tennis for 20 years now and offer programs throughout CT teaching all levels of Juniors and Adults.

    Adults—Beginners—For new tennis players 15 & up. Participants will learn forehand, backhand and volley techniques to hit back and forth. Slower balls will be used in the early stages of the class.

    Adult—Intermediate—In this class, we will do a lot of dynamic drills for the forehand, backhand, volley, and serve. The group will also play singles and doubles point with doubles play toward the end of each session.

    148100 - Fitness-Boot Camp

    Take your fitness to the next level with this fun and challenging outdoor exercise program that is appropriate for all ability levels. This class combines cardiovascular fitness, strength training, agility, balance and coordination to create a complete and unique workout. If you enjoy fun, friendly competition and teamwork, this is the class for you and your friends! Participants are asked to bring a towel, exercise ball and a full bottle of water. During the Winter months, the group moves inside.

    Participants may take the 6 classes at any time and do not have to attend 6 times in a row.

    Upon registration, participants will complete a health history form and exercise waiver. A doctors note may be required if certain medical conditions exist.

    148600 - Volleyball Adult COED

    COED VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE:
    Location: Unity Park Beach Volleyball Courts
    Dates: Wednesday evenings beginning June 25th
    Times: 6:00, or 7:00pm games
    Coed teams are invited to register for the Trumbull summer volleyball league. This is a casual league that will offer teams the opportunity to play one game (three matches) per week running June through August.
    Each team must have at least 2 female players on the court.

    340100 - Adult Water Fitness

    For men and women 18 years of age or older - most of this class takes place in shallow-water with an optional deep-water segment. You decide the intensity of the training that improves cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular fitness, and flexibility utilizing the physical laws and properties of water and aquatic fitness equipment.  Classes are divided into 10 week sessions with two classes per week.
    Recommendation: Bring a set of aqua bells to class.

You decide the intensity of the training that improves cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular fitness, and flexibility utilizing the physical laws and properties of water and aquatic fitness equipment. Non-swimmers who are comfortable in deep-water are welcome. Classes are divided into 10 week sessions with two classes per week.
    Recommendation: Bring a flotation belt and set of aqua bells to class.
