For men and women 18 years of age or older - most of this class takes place in shallow-water with an optional deep-water segment. You decide the intensity of the training that improves cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular fitness, and flexibility utilizing the physical laws and properties of water and aquatic fitness equipment.
Recommendation: Bring a set of aqua bells to class.

This is a 7 week program however additional weeks have been added due to anticipated maintenance at Hillcrest pool. Dates are unknown at this time. Classes will be cancelled during the maintenance period.
