For men and women 18 years of age or older - this class takes place in deep-water. You decide the intensity of the training that improves cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular fitness, and flexibility utilizing the physical laws and properties of water and aquatic fitness equipment. Non-swimmers who are comfortable in deep-water are welcome.
Recommendation: Bring a flotation belt and set of aqua bells to class.

This is a 7 week program however additional weeks have been added due to anticipated maintenance at Hillcrest pool. Dates are unknown at this time. Classes will be cancelled during the maintenance period.
